The blade Flies Open Effortlessly due to Jody’s attention to detail on the Detent and the wonderful Blade Balance. The Blade rides on Polished Washers but you opens as smooth as if it had Internal Bearings.
Jody Hand Ground the W-2 Blade and then gave it a Differential Clay Heat Treatment that left a Beautiful Hamon. The gorgeous Bolsters were made from Jody’s own Hand Forged Damascus!
The 20,000 year old mammoth is a gorgeous compliment to Jody’s Own Hand Forged Damascus Bolsters.
This Rare example of Mammoth Tusk material, with the beautiful Blue Green colors, are treasured by collectors.
Jody also Hand Carved the Thick Backspacer with an Ancient Celtic Ring pattern. The pattern has a deep relief and is even more striking than what my poor pictures can show.
