Direct from the Maker from the NYCKS 2011

For the inner Chef in you!

This is a beautiful Damascus Chefs knife that will make short work of everything from plain ol Potatos to thin Sliced Sushi.

The one of a kind Damascus material was created at this years Redneck Summitt at Chad Nichols shop.

Jeremy found inspiration to use this special material for a one of a kind Chef’s blade.  A combination of Eastern and Western influences, in the spirit of fine Japanese cutlery the steel is slightly greater than 1/16" thick and Chisel Ground on the RH side, similiar to high end German knives the profile is a full 2" wide. Jeremy has hand ground a wide extremely crisp sharpening bevel from the hilt to his Signature Harpoon shaped tip, which will make sharpening very simple.

Extremely lightweight, this is a knife you will want to use everyday.

Provided with a Custom Molded Kydex sheath for storage or carry to a friends house just to show it off.
