Description

FRANK CENTOFANTE

The late Frank Centofante is a knife legend.  Frank sold his first knife in 1968.  By 1970 he was making knives on a regular basis.  He served on the Board of the Knifemakers Guild for over 20 years while serving as President for 9 years.  He co-authored the book “How to Make Folding Knves” and received many prestigious awards throughout his career.

I am very honored to have several knives from Frank to present to you.  This model is one of his last, a beautiful Bolstered Linerlock in wonderful Himalayan Sheephorn

The Premium aged exterior Himalayan Sheephorn handles are perfectly dovetailed into the Satin finished Stainless bolsters.

The Lock is early and very solid, no play in any direction. The Liners are Jeweled and the knife has Intricate filework around the Backspacer.

Opens using the RH Thumbstud, one of the smoothest actions I have ever felt on a traditional folder  ~ this knife would be the pinnacle of any collection.

This knife is pre-owned but never used, carried or sharpened. There are some very light marks on the bolsters.
