This is Billy Cho’s Custom SanJi Tanto Flipper ~ an Overbuilt Tactical built with a purpose.
This is a powerful Framelock Flipper, precision crafted with one of the thickest Titanium Frames I have seen on a Folder. The Front side of this one is Tough Canvas Micarta that has been Expertly Contoured for a Comfortable and Secure – Full Size Grip.
The Modified Tanto Blade is a respectable .185 Thick, it Flies Open effortlessly with just a touch of the Flipper.
The Wide D2 Blade has a difficult Multi Ground Tanto / Harpoon profile with a Mid Height Hollow Grind and a Custom Dark Tumbled Finish. The Spine of the blade also has an Integral Thumb Ramp to enhance the Grip when Open.
The Thick Frame Lock engages Early and Securely with a powerful sound and has a Smooth Release.
The knife has a Custom 1/4 Length Floating Titanium Backspacer to maximize strength without adding a lot of weight.
The Branded Deep Set Titanium pocket clip was made by Steel Flame and will allow this knife to ride discreetly in your pocket!
