Allen has recently announced that he will only be making a few knives per year, a sharp reduction in his available work will only make his knives more popular.
This is Allen’s Hyde model made with CTS-XHP steel!
A great size for every day carry, wonderful ergonomics in both the handle and the blade. The blade has Allen’s complex custom Double Full Length Grind ~ the Flats are machine Satin and the grinds have a High Polish. Butter Smooth action, the blade is opened using the Custom RH Radioactive Thumb Stud.
Excellent Early and Solid Lock-up.
The Custom Grip Enhancement notches on the rear of the frame and aggressive Thumb Ridges on the spine of the blade will ensure this knife stays in your hand where it belongs.
The combination of the Glass Bead Blasted Carbon Fiber scales and subdued Orange Peel Titanium Liners really make this knife a light weight power house!
