Please print out this form and list the knives that you are sending, along with the amount you would like to price each item. If available, we would appreciate copies of any documentation that you might have. Include this form in the box with your knives when you ship them. Knives will not be listed until this form has been received in our office.

We will discuss prices with you prior to listing. FHCK reserves the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions. If an offer is received that is below the price you have requested we will contact you prior to accepting the offer. Please be aware it may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to get your knives listed. If this is not acceptable, please do not send your knives. Items that have not sold after being listed on our website for 90 days will be price adjusted by 15-20% and remain on the site for another 30 days. If the item(s) has not sold at that point, it will be returned to you. You will receive 75% of the sale amount. Payouts are made at the beginning of each month for any sales completed during the prior month. You will receive a detailed listing of the items that have sold and their sale price, along with your check.
