All of Michael’s knives are crafted one at a time in his shop. Michael recently received a Distinctive Award ~ based in Brooklyn New York, Michael was selected from keen competition by the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce as the sole Knife Making Recipient of the “BROOKLYN MADE ~ GOLD” Award

This is an amazing Custom Chef’s knife with a definite European Flare but made Entirely in the US. This knife would serve the Experienced Chef for any Medium to Large Slicing or Cutting task. Excellent for all types of Fresh Meat, Fresh Vegetables or General Kitchen Prep.
This Custom knife has an AEBL Stainless Steel Blade with an approximate Rockwell Hardness of 61. The blade thickness starts at 1/8″ + and Michael expertly Grinds the entire blade to have a Full Height Flat Grind for maximum cutting efficiency.
This leaves the edge Razor Sharp and makes slicing effortless! An Extremely Fine Distal Taper allows for Extra Fine cutting ability when necessary.
This blade measures 2″ Wide at the Heel and has a Beautiful Hand Rubbed Finish.
Michael is a perfectionist and uses only one Single Source for all his Stabilized Wood Handle Material. The handle is Custom Contoured for a wonderfully comfortable grip and this example has Stabilized Maple with Incredible color and Grain.
This is a Full Tang Chef’s Knife ~ the handle scales were cut from a single block of Stabilized Maple and Expertly Contoured for a very Comfortable Grip.
Lightweight and Versatile, this knife will appeal to anyone who has a desire for a versatile Hand Made Chef’s knife.
