This upscale lockback reflects both the art and the skill that Mr Pease has worked for decades to master.
Precision grinding with a hand rubbed finish and razor sharp edge. This gorgeous knife has a wonderful blend of materials, a tough Oosik handle with a Special M3 Metal Fiber bolster.
Oosic (also known as baculum) is a Bone that assists in copulation in a variety of very large cold water dwelling underwater species of animals. A very unique material that was thousands of years in the making!
While most any of Mr Pease’s Slip Joint knives would be considered Collectable, this knife was made to be carried and enjoyed. The Sparkle in the Custom M3 Bolster Material is very eye catching when rotated in the light.
Amazingly smooth action and Bank Vault lock up, no play in any direction on this blade!
Adding to the overall appearance, Mr Pease added an impressive embellishment to this knife which is a fully Filweworked Spine. From the end of the Lock to the midpoint on the spine – the entire length has machine precision filework.
The blade is engraved with the Mr Pease’s unique numbering system ~ 22M42.
This knife is a true work of art from one of the Old Masters of Knife Making.
