Jody’s often utilizes his Artistic talent and melds that with his Tactical knife design ability (which he normally saves for Sniper Blade Works) but this design he wanted to create on his own ~ the Viper
On this example Jody has taken this design that has a Lethal Heritage and given it a bit of an upscale appearance.
Like the Fangs of a Viper this long Razor Sharp blade was designed for maximum penetration, be it under protective body armor or through thick clothing. Jody Hand Ground the Blade from 3/16″ thick CPM 154, the blade has a Distal Taper but the majority of the thickness was left for maximum strength.
The Thick Titanium Frame has been milled out and a single piece of Ancient Bone G-10 has been precision inlayed.
The RH Thumb Stud is perfectly placed for fast deployment, the blade floats open and the lock up is perfect, early and secure!
Ever the artist, Jody added another hint embellishment to the full hand carved Titanium backspacer.
So as not to mar the purity of the design the Makers Mark is hidden on the inside of the Frame.
