Hiroaki Ohta has been hand crafting knives since 1989 and began making Full Time in 1998. His folding knives are prized the world over for their precision and beauty. Hiroaki Ohta’s knives have been featured in the KNIVES Annuals and appeared in BLADE magazine last year.

This is an Elegant Gentleman’s fixed blade from Hiroaki – The beautiful Stag Scales have Amazing Gnarly Grain and color.
This knife is a Full Hidden Tang knife and has a Comfortable Three Finger Grip, the Pinkie falls behind the end of the handle. Hiroaki encloses the entire Tang in a Single Piece of Natural Micarta.
The ATS34 Steel blade has a Full Height Hollow Grind, a labor intensive Hand Rubbed / High Satin finish and an expert Heat Treat that leaves the blade at 61-62 Rc.
A Great EDC with some Superb Sambar Stag. Black Micarta Pins add a dramatic look. Perfect size for discreet and comfortable Belt Carry.
Hiroaki also makes his own thick, Hand Stitched Leather Sheaths, on this one he has added a new feature ~ a Full Kydex Lining.
The knife is a perfect fit and it “locks” into place due to the Kydex Liner, this knife will not even fall out if you turn the sheath upside down and shake it!
