Description

FRANK CENTOFANTE

The late Frank Centofante is a knife legend.  Frank sold his first knife in 1968.  By 1970 he was making knives on a regular basis.  He served on the Board of the Knifemakers Guild for over 20 years while serving as President for 9 years.  He co-authored the book "How to Make Folding Knves" and received many prestigious awards throughout his career.

I am very honored to have several knives from Frank to present to you.  This is a Rare "Black Knife" that Frank made, apparently this is only one of two that Frank created as he seemed to be against making "plain" knives.

The handles are a fine Black Linen Micarta with Dovetailed Titanium Bolsters.

The blade is incredibly smooth using the RH thumb stud with Ruby Inlay!

Lock is early and very solid, no play in any direction.

The Liners are Jeweled inside and Anodized Blue with a Black G-10  Backspacer.

This knife would be the pinnacle of any collection.

This knife is pre-owned but never used, carried or sharpened. There may be some tiny surface imperfections but I do not see any.
