I was very fortunate to begin working with several South African Knife Makers many years ago, I am continually impressed with the Quality of their knives and the value they offer. In my journey as a knife dealer several SA Makers have introduced me to other SA Makers and the list of quality knives that I sell from that country continues to grow.

Andre Thorburn is known World Wide for his precision Flippers, so I am very excited to offer his work to my Customers. This is one of his Largest Gentleman’s Flippers that I feel offers incredible Value for the Price.
The blade was hand ground from tough M390 Stainless steel which Andre gave a Flawless Satin Rubbed finish. It is RARE that Andre uses M390 ~ his normal choice is N690.
The handle is Shredded Carbon Fiber and the handle scales fit with precision against the textured Zirconium bolsters.
This is one of Andre’s Most Popular Flipper Models, just a bit of pressure on the flipper mechanism causes the blade to Leap into the Open and Locked Position! Incredible action that will bring a smile to your Face!
